HHRvey is an '06 and I would have liked the window switches on the doors. However, I got used to that quirky feature. That said, I wish they would have illuminated the window switches on the console. I have a portable light I plugged into the lighter so I can see the console controls at night.

Tank is siphone proof. But if they wanted it, they would just punch a hole in the plastic tank. Like any other car these days.

Ditto on having a gear indicator on the dash for us with the automatics and for having the car a tad wider so there could have been a real center console installed.

Oh, and in a perfect world we would have had RWD!

HHRvey- you do not have the LED in headliner that aims at the window switches ? Maybe started that later, my 08 has it..

Agreed, & wish my '08 window switches were on the door like the 09's..
But used to it now..

As to the locking gas cap, I added that not so much as to prevent fuel theft,
but more so for some peace of mind, about some goofball adding something IN my gas tank......... like sugar, or what-ever.....

I had an aftermarket sunroof installed, and they put the sunroof controls in the place where the blue light used to be. Before the sunroof was installed, it was still difficult to see the light switch even with the bluelight.

4 Wheel disk brakes and independent rear suspension. Other than that, if it gets me to 200k miles, I have no other wishes.
