What's your favorite feature that you didn't expect?

Hmmm, that is the feature that I find completely useless!. What I like most, after driving for 6 months, is that Chevy finally got the 4 cylinder engine built right. It reminds me a lot of the old bullet-proof Saab engines. It has the feel of the european styled engines, and the engineering is top-notch for this engine. Instead of dreaming up new gas guzzling muscle cars, someone had enougj forsight to try a more econimical approach. The amount of horsepower they can crank out of these Ecotec engines, with minor mods is incredible. Now just a little more improvement on the automatic transmissions used with the 4's , and we'll be set for the future.
So my vote is for the instant mpg

- being the only one (on the street, in any given parking lot, at work, etc.)
- the good sized sunroof
- the instant mileage counter
- the comfy leather seats (the leather feels upgraded for this segment)
- watching older gents go ga-ga (if only they were 25 and female!)

i bought mine without knowledge of the remote start until, when i went to pick it up. I was smokin' a stoggie with the dealer, and then the car started up. My mouth dropped, and i began to look for someone in the car but the dealer had the fob in his pocket. I had no idea! It made the deal 100% better, even though the deal had already been completed. lol

OK, so I'm weird. For me, it's the two hidden storage bins behind the rear seat. Love having a place to keep owners manual, locking lug nut key and other items that need to stay in the car, but that I don't need on a regular basis. Frees up the space in the glove box for important things (gum, sunglasses, registration and insurance cards).
