Wheel technical question?

I got a set of Solstice wheels 18x8 5x110 +55 Offset. I want to make sure these fit with 225/45/18 tires. I kind of know how offset works but I have only had +35mm offset on my HHR which I know make the wheels stick out more. Will this +55 offset on these wheels make the tires rub? Im not sure?

Do you mean rubbing on the inner part of the wheel well?
