Where are all the new HHRs?

I was considering updating to 2008 or 2009 but the local dealers have little or nothing in stock. I have an offer of great financing from my credit union and employee pricing from GM. But you can't buy what can't find.

When I bought my HHR in 06, there were few on the lots. However there were always many Silverados available. All too many in their inventory (maybe 6 cars) are overloaded versions at $25K a pop. Web search dealer inventories. Too much for a hauler car IMHO. You could order one to your liking if you are willing to wait.

Check online (Chevy site) and see if there are any in stock at nearby dealerships, there are pretty up to date on their inventory. That's how i found mine.,

i was at our local mall yesterday and they had an 09 LT in the mall with a few other chevys. Can't imagine they'd be putting them in the mall if they didn't have enough in stock on the lot.

Some dealers put them on ebay. That's where I found my '08 Panel 2LT.

I've seen 3 on the road in the last week,so somebody's got them to sell.(I could tell they were 'o9's by the wheels.)

I was at my dealer this morning.....Carlsbad, CA (San Diego Area) , and
they had 2 of the 2008 HHR's, and no set date for delivery of any 2009'S.
