I bought my '07 used in August of '08 with 30K on it. I now have 68k on it. (Just under 80 miles per day, five days a week. No driving to speak of on the weekend.) At this rate I will pass 100K in the last week of January 2012.

2006 2LT A/T
118,000 miles as of today.

bought Dec 31, 2007 w/ 32k on it.

BROKEN/FAILED PARTS: thermostat

WEAR AND TEAR: 2 sets front rotors/pads(warpage)
2 tires
cabin air filters
engine air filter
oil changes
ELECTIVE CHANGES: complete ebony interior swap from light gray
vent shade visors(in-channel) for all 4 windows

TO DO LIST: 2 more tires
spark plugs

it was purchased at the height of the fuel pricing joke/gouging, and used as a daily driver 135 miles/day round trip. I was racking up miles like a bee does pollen which is why i am so upside-down on the value.

I have to admit, this car has been very good to me with regards to cost/miles.
I average between 29.9 mpg to 32.6 mpg, depending on the route i take.

As of today our 06 hhr turned 180,000. Only major repair was Hub bearings about 2,000 miles ago. We purchased it in July of 06 and have been very happy with it.

I can't wait until my HHR gets into the 100+k range, I won't feel as guilty collecting parts for my swap. It only has 66k as of now.

my 06 was purchased at 120,848 I think. Last week was when I bought it and today it said 121,127 I think. I actually can't remember off the top of my head.

The interior is perfect, no damage or anything to it. Here is a list of what works:
Door Locks
AC
Door Locks
Windows
All Wipers

What doesn't work:
Remote Start (Reprogram of Key Fod needed)

Since I bought it I made the dealer give me new brakes, tires, roters, and have an appointment to get a new oil pan. The oil pan is dented and has a small leak needing to be fixed. Other then that she is a charm.

I just replaed the front bearings & it looks like I need to do brakes again, I had quite a rumble from the right front, so i did them both- was pretty easy! but I see that I have a bit of rotor warp because of the bad bearing, I am going to have them turned and get new pads.
