Window Cleaning

Been getting the dreaded foggy windows so I did a deep clean on the outside, Wash with dawn dish soap to remove grease and grime lightly using a scotchbrite pad. after rinsing ,spray with windex and use another scotchbrite pad to lightly scrub the entire window, spraying with more windex to wash away, dry and buff clear. Not worried so much with the rear windows inside and just cleaned as normal but did use the scotchbrite lightly before drying and buffing. The Windshield I basically did the same as the outside, wash, scrub, rinse, scrub, dry and buff.... The windows are super clear and dont fog up. I also soaked a small rag in alcohol and scrubbed the wiper blades to remove dirt, grime, grease....ect... so the wipers are like new again as they were starting to streak ( and they are fairly new ) no rips or tears in them so no need to replace yet and with winter around the corner they will get torn up eventually from ice so hopefully they last until spring? Just thought Id share some tips on getting the windows deep cleaned. I know there are products out there like RainX washer fluids, RainX anti fog and other additives, Glass Wax...ect.... Ive tried them all in the past and really dont work all that great, there are new products out like silicone based to repel rain and ice and even tried the silicone spray for sealing shoes and tents ( they work but a mess to clean up ) Just getting the glass deep cleaned helps greatly.
***** Do Not Apply Pressure on the scotchbrite, just let it glide otherwise you risk scratching your windows*****

Wife long ago tried Rain X wiper blades, Hated them.. I took her old blades & wiped edges with a 320 wet & dry sandpaper. Good to go.

That's all you need to do to fix them. I use the cheapest junk and keep the blade clean and they work as well as the premium stuff.
