Thank you @donbrew and @Oldblue Yeah, I was under the impression that pig-tail to connect to the seats was under the carpet. It was not on my car. I think I am going to go to the wrecking yard, find an HHR with power seats, tear it open and follow the pig-tail from the J313 connector (under the seat) backwards to see where it connects to the car.
