If you want to help GM (and keep them around for your HHR), please check out this site...

http://gmfactsandfiction.com/

Then select the Mobilize Now where you fit.

Thanks.

If AA workers can take a 25% pay cut so the company would stay in buisness after 9/11. Why cant the workers for GM do the same?

I dont work for GM or AA, but my friend works for AA. He ask me this the other day.

That AA pay cut wasn`t voluntary. Will you take a pay cut for your job?

If I had no choice I guess I would. If the government will not bail out the automakers they need to do something. The automakers have needed help for a long time I think.

My company cleaned out all of the middle management during the hard time and we lost all of our bonuses.

Hello All,

Please, if you dislike GM or have bail-out bashing comments, keep them to yourself. For the people who would like to send a letter to congress regarding the GM bailout GM now has a site for you to express this.

If you go to www.gmfactsandfiction.com there is a column on the right to select who you. Select you're a concerned American and after that it will take you to another page and you can fill out your information. When you sumbit it, you will be given the opportunity to select your county and your concern... which you can select transportation and then it will email the letter directly to your local congressmen. They will be voting on this next week and GM needs all of your support.

Save the HHR

It would be neat if everyone who signs up would come back and post here.

Guy's I copied this from the Corvette forum I did it is the American thing to do so do it...........

Thanks, Steve.

I would hope in this day and age everyone would answer that question "yes". Sure beats the alternative.

All I say is that I wish I could get someone else to pay for my long time poor financial decisions. And yes, my going under will hurt many people too.
