The only reason I see to charge on a web site such as this is to help eliminate trolls.

 

That was the first HHR site I found and on the recommendation of a friend, I joined and even donated. Working with non-profits I have no trouble donating to help support something I use regularly. Figured even one good mod might pay for the $30. But now I'm p*ssed!

As a paying member shouldn't I have at least received notice. VERY unprofessional.

 

When I first started the club, I had to pay $35.00 to be able to have 'The Modesto HHR Club Chapter' and everyone who joined, had to pay the owners of the hhrclub.org $30.00. The 'chapter' never saw any of that money.

O.K., I'm a tad bitter at them... I'm not surprised to see that they closed.
