Thumbs up 1st known car mag article about HHR SS

To my knowledge there hasn't been any HHR SS articles in any of the major car magazines... until now. And I've been lookin'. No mention in Motor Trend, Road & Track, or Automobile. Nothin'.

Kinda reminds me of this board lately.

Finally, Car & Drivel, I mean Car & Driver has published said article. Well it's not exactly an article, more like a sidebar mention, but at least it's a start. Do you think their price estimation is correct? $5K over base?

If you've got any mag articles on the SS, go ahead and scan 'em and post 'em...

Course I spell Shaggin with only one "g" cause I am not worthy of both like Austin Powers or the SS

that's kinda what my gf call it, as in, "Look Honey, there goes one of those windowless bread trucks!" I gave her credit for noticing that it was a panel version.

well since I priced a fully loaded 2LT at $23K earlier this year, I'm guessing then the MSRP of an SS similarly equipped with sunroof, etc will be in the $28K range?

Sounds a little steep... esp. since misterjensen is getting a fully loaded Torrent GXP for $29K and that is a more expensive vehicle is it not? Of course he got some some rebates and dickered below MSRP I'll bet.

you know what? when this turbo model comes out...you will be seeing a lot of written up articles on it. Hopefully they wont be all negative about how 260 horses thru the front wheels is too much too handle. tHE COMMENTS AFTER THAT WILL BE ABOUT ''IF ONLY GM offered awd to quell the horendous torque steer!!''.
