2010 options?
Hi,
I ordered a 2009 HHR SS a couple of weeks ago. Just got off the phone with the dealer updating me on the build status and they said it may be built as a 2010. Anyone know if any new options or colors are available?
Thanks,
Bernie

so is the base price higher as the perfomance dash is standered? I like haveing the boost gauge on the piller and having the center dash storage. Not haveing 2 tone seats will probably suck unless they did a great job w/ the new ones. Having roof rack on the SS is pretty pointless IMO. I only have them because the dealer had them and I bought it off the lot. Are the roof racks even usable w/ a sun roof? I thought I read that they werent.

I have Ebony/Grey, and I think it's cool. My SS being a 2008, I would have prefered both seats to be performance seats of the same color (I have a performance driver's seat and a regular seat for the passenger's side) , but the two tone color is cool IMHO.

No!
GM just anounced the end of several low volume SS models that were near the end of their life cycles. The HHR, Cobalt and Impala SS were all going to die anyway and may have moved up one year at best.
The Performance division is still around and will remain. They will concentrait on show cars and race cars.
The staff involved with the production cars are now working directly with the plaforms and will design and tune the cars at the start vs taking a car that wasbuilt then trying to make it a performance car.
We have not seen the end of performance.
There is a lot of misinformation and half storys going around the web.
Note there were no plans for any SS cars for a while even before the problems at GM. I expect we will see some interesting suspesnions and engine options on new models after they are introed in the future.
