Another SS to join the family

Just about have my hands on another SS. A 1995 Impala SS with 60k miles (or 100k kms here in Canada). Interesting to see which one I like better. I am planning on driving the Impala and letting my wife drive the HHR.

You'll like the HHR-SS, hands down.
I also have a 1996 Impala SS, heavily modded I might add. and after buying and modding the HHR-SS a bit, I still keep grinning.
The Impala is a smoother, quieter ride, but a pumped up HHR-SS will spank it, and it's more fun to drive.
Two different cars. two different drivers. It's choose your weapon. "Moon"

The Impala is HUGE compared to the HHR. Might I even say it is a boat compared to a dinghy.

Sweet. That is what I am looking for. At 6'3" and 240lbs this HHR is a small doses car. It is just too small for day to day driving. Gonna let my wife have it till it sells. She is a more manageable 5'8" and 120lbs.

I am sure the HHR would spank the Impala on weight diff alone. However they are the daily drivers for me and my family. I think the HHR is quirky and suprisingly nimble and quick, but compared to my Z06 vette, it's like comparing a turbocharged Cesna to an F18.

No doubt - I'm 6' and 210 pounds and the HHR is at the limit for me. The 94-96 Impalla SS's were sweet rides, and held their value very well.

Don't get me wrong. I will still drive the HHR, just not everyday. That way when I do, the right foot will be to the floor
