Question BCM Cover

I have question about my '08 SS. I have noticed, under the hood, there is not any type of cover over the BCM. Pictures of non-SS HHRs show a BCM cover.
Is there a reason the regular HHRs have the BCM cover and the SS's has no cover?
Will the regular HHR cover fit on a SS?

I think you mean ECM. I would say it's not needed.

I bought from "Race And Street", was as they described, "HHR Fuse Box / BCM Cover Plates - Polished". So, maybe their describtion is incorrect.

If I purchase the black plastic ECM cover from a regular HHR, will it fit my SS.

Since computers are heat sensitive, I'd be disinclined to install any covers that might affect the ability of the ECM to cool itself.

What I don't understand is why the regular HHR's have a cover and the SS's do not. I guess I'm a quizzical kind of guy.
