Which is a better investment for the SS?
I was planning on getting a TTR rear sway bar for the SS but I also saw that the TWM short shifter is about the same price. Which do you think is a better investment for the SS?

Adding stuff to an HHR even a SS one is no investment as the car depreciates 30% as soon as you drive it off the lot. Add what ever you want for driving or handeling improvements as you won't make a bit of difference when you sell/trade or wreck the car.

yes, but not a very good one. I just put the sway bar on mine and it makes a world of difference. I would recommend the sway bar unles you are a real stick shift junky.
Doesn't matter if it is an investment to some, just fixing it up is enough for others. all car go down in value, why not have some fun with it while you have it? dont make it a point a to point b car.

Sway bar for immediate butt feeling corner pounding results...shifter for personal self satisfaction results...gotta ask yourself,,what direct benefit does the shifter give on everyday driving?

I have an auto, but I still vote swaybar. Less body roll is amazing.
(I didn't notice a factory swaybar under my '09 when I was under there, unless there was a skinny lateral along the axle I didn't notice....)

I recommend the TurboTechRacing one, it is thicker and the quality is much better. Sometimes they have group buys that they offer a lower price on. They are a Supporting Vendor here as well, so if you have any questions you can always contact them through the threads and they get back to you real quick.
