Are there any diagrams of which connections to check? Never had a turbo before and haven't opened the hood to do anything but clean it so far.

Where is the tube that needs to be tightened going to the turbo?

I tightened both hoses coming out of the intercooler and the hose directly behind the airbox, are there more connections I need to check?

No more surging and have seen a consistant 22 lbs boost at full load.
Eric,
Has your boost stayed consistent?
Thanks,
Bob

Of course but I see more than 22LBS. But you also have to know that I son't have the factory stuff and I also run H/P Tuners on top of the GM Stage 1

I just had the same problem. Low boost in 1st and would bog when launched on the launch controll. I just had the GM stage kit done and thought it was something they did. I didn't notice this before cause over the winter with the snow tires on it I would take it easy in the first 2 gears.I read on here about you guys and the boost hoses so I checked them. They were all loose. But the worse was the air intake from the air box to the turbo is was so loose I could move it by hand. I think it's time to get the Hahn intercooler and hoses:)

Thanks guys for the help finding the problem with the hoses.

So far so good
There must have been a leak, because it is much more stable now.
