I didn't have my ss for a week and half for the fix, cuz the pin that connects to the BCM broke. I have a temp fix and am working w/ the dealer and chevy to get the wiring harness. GM is saying not til the end of Oct. We will see, but just thankful I got my SS back instead of that basic cobalt ls

Sounds great-
Still gonna pass on that TSB, the hassle of repeated trips to the service department so they can 'get it right' isn't for me.

I'm bringing it in to the dealer next Tuesday for the brake fix. Is there little to no chance that the dealer will fix this in one day?

Will they have to order parts and then I have to bring the car back in?

Dropped the SS off for service last night. I can't wait to get the first panic phone call from the dealer this morning.

I got the car back from the dealer. They said they didn't have any problems with the sunroof closing properly, but they lubricated it. As soon as I got in the car I tired to close the sunroof - it got 90% closed, made a noise, and promptly opened back up. They said they couldn't duplicate the noise coming out of the dash, but they checked the clips. As soon as I drove the car, the noise was there. They ordered the parts for the brake fix TSB and will call when they are in. They also rotated my tires and changed the oil. Regarding the oil, no where on the receipt does it say what type of oil they used. I assume they know that it requites Mobil 1, but it doesn't say that. The part number is 12345885. Does anyone know if that is the code for Mobil 1?

Price will tell you what kind of oil you have.
