So it's been almost two weeks and no call on the parts yet. What is the average time it's been taking to get all the parts in?

Mine was about 1 1/2 wks (pre-bankruptcy) and another 2 days because the parts guys didn't tell the service guys that all the parts were in.

FWIW, I took mine in a few weeks ago and it took a week to get parts. I took it home (after they fixed the AC problem I had, 1 day), then took it back and told them to take all the time they needed to do it right.

3 Days later my wife picked it up, brought it home, and when I looked at it I was shocked. The dealership performed some sort of abortion on the wiring harnesses, stuck a couple of peices of electrical tape on it, and called it done. I took it back, explained that I expected all the wires routed inside wire harness and the service writer said "well we don't normally re-route added wires inside the harnesses"....

I told him fine, I expected the work to be done in the same condition as the vehicle was received (and as you can imagine, my HHR's engine bay is clean enough to eat off), but if that was their best work, fine, just give me back the keys and I'd do it right. Well the writer got a little defensive and said they'd fix it, this time. I got it back a few days ago, and it is done right, but I really don't like taking things back, and I didn't like the guys attitutde so I'm going to another dealer (Recomended by ChevyMgr) from now on.

No excuse for sloppy work. I too would look elsewhere.

My parts have been on order for 3 wks. now. My dealer said all the parts, (some bolts, hoses, and other things), are now in, EXCEPT no pump.
