i was just at the dealer to edit my order while i could and can confirm that the performance drivers seat is now standard, but the UUI radio is a mandatory $100 option. they also increased the base price by $800+

also added is an interior remote button for the rear cargo door.

Well I got screwed. My 09 SS missed that standard USB radio option and I could care less about the spotter mirror. Well I guess I really didn't but whatever right. I still love my car.

Can't think that way, if you do you will be disappointed many time over, or buying new cars every year.
Enjoy what you you've got, I have an 08 and think it would be nice to have the 09

so does the passenger seat still not match in appearance to the performance driver's seat?
I always thought it was kind of an odd look to the interior to not have the seats look the same.

The only difference I can see is that on the bottom cushion there is more flare on the sides so it holds you butt in there better. And it has a tag on it that says GM Performance Division sown on the side of the seat. We just looked at them and compared them to mine and my bosses 08 with the Performance seat. That's really all I can tell. And the center of the cushion looks a little different than the passenger side. But its not that noticeable unless you are really looking at it.
