They have absurdly high shipping rates that erase much of the illusion of lowest price. Moreover, there is zero customer service outside of email.
GMpartshouse.com is a much better outfit, and Gene Culley is a stand up guy. Shipped price is very fair and orders are handled efficiently and quickly. I've used them for years with zero complaints.
