No, I Know XXL and it wasn't his Ride! I'll Remember It ! As I Recall It Is Do-able from the Pics, But the Red "SS" Panel they were On Seemed to Have Disappeared from the Gallery ! I Know 1Panel2nv Did a Clean Dual Set Up But His Isn't an "SS" But the Concept is the Same !

Not mine. I filled the stock cutout so now my valance has none. As others have mentioned, cutting out the right side would be simple job. Create a template, lay down a couple of layers of masking tape to keep from scratching the paint, and cut with jigsaw at slow speed with a fine tooth blade, or, if you're VERY EXPERIENCED cutting plastics with a Dremel, that would work too. I don't recommend a Dremel if you aren't VERY EXPERIENCED with using on plastics... because the cutter rotates, it will walk off the line and you'll be hatin' life before you realize what happened.

Here's mine...

I'm looking at doing this mod. Other things that need some consideration however is the rear fastener than connects the bumper to the frame just about exactly where the exhaust cut-out is required. To do a quality job you also have to design an alternate fastener and to be really good you should build in the interior flaring that wraps around the existing exhaust opening. I know I didn't describe that very well but if you look at the exhaust opening you'll see it has an inner lip, that ideally you'd want to duplicate not just cut out a hole in the valance.

You could use the removed material and piece together the inner rib you mention,,they have plastic kits that can be used for this...although unless you actually get downand look you wouldn't notice it...wouldn't bother unless you are going to professionally show the car.

I'd notice every time I got into the car as would everyone else who wandered up and wanted to see "how did you do that?. The lip is noticeable w/o having to get "down" and it's there to give the valance a little extra strength. Retaining that is probably a good idea? Doing it right and making it look right, not a difficult fabrication and IMO worth the extra effort.

Sounds like you've got a plan.
