I don't know what the 'halo' light is but, the '09 has 3 dome lights. The 09 SS no longer comes in Sunburst Orange. But, the quickest way is to look at the passenger seat, although the early '09's did not have the performance seat. I heard somebody say the center cup holders are a different size and the '09 does not have the rubber pads in the bottom of them or the door pulls in the interior. Aqua Blue was new for '09 also.

Yea I like it too...just another thing making the car different. Never had much use for any extra light, I can use my phone to light up any dark spots the map lights can't catch.

Actually, I have an EARLY model year '08 with the passenger side performance seat stock. I'll post pics if you want.

DO IT!

I didn't even know they had a performance passenger seat til reading this post. Now I want one?

Would it be compatible to put this in my if there was no option for it?

Like to see them. The only 08 that I have ever seen with the Passenger Perfromance Seat ws the ones they had at the intro in Detroit at Woodward in 07.

They also had red stripes on the intake box. I saw one of those for sales in IA at a dealer last fall.

Wow, damn guys thanx. Yes by tach I meant the Turbo Boost gauge, it was a long day yesterday when I posted.

So the digital boost gauge is extra? So the 09's still have the boost gauge on the A pillar?

Whats the difference between a regular seat and a performance seat?

Thanx all, Glenn |B)

The Performance seat has a different bottom foam pad and cover. I has more side and lower support under your legs.

I find the Performance seat more comfortable whiles some don't care for it.

While I have been in better seats it is the best seat for the HHR.

Look for the Perfomance tag and the more squared off front corrners of the lower seat.

If you want a digital boost pressure guage get a Aeroforce Scan Meter. It comes with a digital boost gauge and many other things that it can display. Tach, Speedo, HP, Fuel Trim etc. It will show two things at once and will mountin you pillar pod in place of the Autometer part. It just plugs into your OBD port and installs in less than 20 min.

I do not miss the dash mounted display with the Aeroforce meter and I still have storage.
