Heated seats

Alright, so as usual, being a car guy, I always know more than the salesman, and everytime I go to any dealer other than to my guy I just have to nod my head as they tell me all these little things and give mis-information.

Anyway, my partner is going to take advantage of this 0% for 72 months deal and get an SS. I am 99.9% positive they don't come with heated seats, but this guy and his sales team swear to me they do, and that they have had one before with heated seats (factory). So I thought I would check my facts and ask you all who have gotten an SS and maybe have gone through the ordering process. It is not a feature anywhere on Chevy or build a Chevy. I will be going to my guy to buy the car either way, but they just had a perfect one at this lot.

Seems to me you have to get the leather seats and they aren't available on the SS. Could be wrong though.

well now you can be 100% sure Chevy does not offer heated seats on any HHR model.

just make sure to figure out what you want soon. The 0% was extended until next monday, and then it will be gone.

And as far as i know the only way to get heated seats is leather, it's not a factory option with any cloth seats.

That's true. I know a couple of GM models let you have them with cloth, but it is not common. It is not a make or break, just curious. My hhr lt has them and it is nice to have, but I would have picked the SS over them in this deal!

You have to have leather seats.

With the cloth, no warm butt option, nada. And as far as I know from those who have been on here for awhile, the SS does not have the option for heated/leather seats.

But what do I know!

Yeah! If chevy offered them, they would be bragged about as an option, but you can't add it on the build and price. I know I'm right, but they were just so insistent about it that I had to make sure I wasn't crazy!

I have butt warmers in my 2lt with natural gas assist. I wish I would have waited until 08 to buy then I would have got the SS. I will take the extra HP over seat warmers.

I thought maybe he was implying that there isn't good leather in the HHR. Maybe I'm wrong though.
