yeah. research a car on the computer and get to know it before you decide to buy.. test drive and see if it feels right/comfortable.. then purchase

dont expect the salesmen to know everything about the car. lol.

All salesman are required to do is look through the book while taking an online test.

I watched 3 of them do the traverse course, when i went in to buy my SS.

When I brought my SS in for service, the owner of the dealership walked by and asked me if I put those rims on the car.

I'm like, no it came that way

Yeah I have typically educsated a salesperson on the car I've been buying . . .

Colorado, is a full frame P/U chassis . . .

HHR and the Cobalt are Uni-Body frames, and share under pinnings.

Yeah, some punk kid sold me my car, and his buddy who also worked there had 'Southern Comfort' tattooed on the side of his head! Oh, and when i went to the dealer looking for a SS, they said they didn't have any and hadn't had any for months. The salesman just on a whim decided to take a cruise out to their "back" lot about 5mi away in a dirt lot and there were 2 sitting there! Somehow an ad made it online that they had at least 1, but no one there knew about them! lol

Research, research amd more research! You just can't rely on someone who's best interest is in your bank account. Infact that's how I found this site.

A car salesman that doesn't know his product? Imagine that.
