You can't beat the HHR SS if you are basing it on the combination of price, gas mileage, performance, utility and looks.

No, it aint "perfect ". My biggest gripe is that it aint rear wheel drive.

It's a real solid car and it is a real good offering by GM. It has good utility, good mileage, good performance and good appeal. Overall it's a good package. There are a few things that would make it a lot better (AWD and I would really like electrochromatic sideview mirrors.) Overall, they put out an excellent car that does a lot of things well. It has had a few engineering challenges, from what I have read on here, and that is a bit of a negative thing for sure.

I love mine. My wife likes it but hates to drive it,scares the crap out of her she has a G5 . We have our small things we don't care for about it but I am more than happy with it. I have not had any stock cars beat me yet.Had a crossfire try the other day made me laugh the look on his face. So far have toasted 1 07 vet 3 different stangs 1 crossfire and several hondas.Oh what fun it is to ride in my black HHR tonight.
