None on a 5 speed, it is the clutch pedal position sensor. On an auto it is on the top of the trans connected to the shift cable.

How would I go about seeing if the sensor is bad or not working? It's right above the clutch pedal right? The lower of the 2 (I read theres 2 unless thats wrong), right above the clutch pedal?

Both starters also worked when not installed in the car. Turning the key doesn't engage either starter. All I hear is the fuel pump priming in accessory (sometimes it doesn't and I have to turn it to off, then accessory again) and priming again when the key is turned to start. No attempts from the engine to crank, no attempt from the starter to engage

Wayback in #35 you started talking about fiddling with the clutch pedal. This seems to have started then. Do you think there could be a connection?
It has been mentioned several times in the intervening pages.

Not sure what specifically you're referring to, but it started before I did anything at all. I put in the cables, put the electrical together, car started very first time in 2 years. It started again, but I stalled it in first. After, no start no crank just starter click. Changed starters, same thing just a click. Took everything apart several times to check wiring, all seemed fine and put back as was. No pins are bent or dirty, no fuses blown. Cleaned some wires in the pictures I posted, just a relay click no starter click anymore (boost gauge above 40kpa on accessory). Found I had 2 wires wrong (top/bottom) and fixed that (no communication at time with code reader). After fixing the 2 wires boost gauge normal, reader communicating, no crank no start no click. Thats basically it. It stopped mechanically working before I touched anything after it starting, it stopped electrically since cleaning the wires in the pictures and putting the box together again. Everything works inside the car and headlights work

Just used the code reader and 2 things (same thing one old and one currently active) in ABS DTCs came up that didn't before. Dash also says:

ESC off
Service ESC

The code is:
U2143 Lost Communication With Steering Angle Sensor

I'm not getting any codes for the clutch sensor though, no freeze frame data stored it says, only the one ABS DTC came up

There is only 1 sensor on the clutch pedal. It is the same part as on the brake pedal. You could try swapping the two, see what happens, as a test. The brake position doesn't affect cranking.

Yes, try swapping the sensors from brake pedal to clutch
