I will be shocked if anyone will at this point.
The custom resin kit may be your best option.
I think they made a lot of PT cruser models and diecast that did not sell as they expected.
It took 23 years for them to do a Fiero 18th.

Agree with Hyperv6, it's not leading the charts as the most popular vehicle nor a highly popular nostalgia vehicle therefore probably a poor market for it.
That said I was at a Car Show (Classic Car Auction) today and saw a model for a 1955 Olds 88, now how popular was that car?

That appears to be a Johnny Lightning. I have two of those. Don't let the pictures fool you. They are small; Hot Wheels/Matchbox size. I Paid about 3 dollars each for them a few years ago. Had no idea they'd gone up in value to that extent.
