You might also try the search function on this forum. Several threads discussed this issue and many suggestions were given, including some places to purchase, I believe.

But understand, the alternator in the HHR is unique. Take a look under the hood and see how it's mounted.

I havent seen anything mentioned as of yet...

Correct but You could always get it re-wound tighter that would boost the output...
And it is in an awkward position....May I ask why you need this for?

The Denso alternator is a pin-wound machine (shaped copper wire that fits almost perfectly in the slot, one coil to a slot), so it's not feasible to rewind with any different configuration, and the output is good for its size. Only remaining options are to spin it faster with a bigger crank pulley, but there's a limit to how much more you'll get, or fit a larger machine, which will have to stand out a fair distance from the block on a new bracket thanks to the mounting pads.
There's an AC Delco machine that fits on the same mount, I think 130A, and has a conventional winding, but I'd bet that if it's wound for higher output, there'll be almost no output at idle.

I installed two massive audio qc15's with a p3000.1 to push them, then for the highs i installed diamond audio hex 6" components in the front and back with a massive audio p800.4 to push them added an additional stinger battery and for the deck i put the pioneer avic d3
