Hint of Stage 2 Turbo package

Caught this on the web about the SEMA Solstice coupe. It has the new package and stage it has a new intake and exhaust.

I am not sure if the Intake or exhaust is part of the package. We should know soon what he package will all include.

GM's line of performance parts will be shown on the Solstice in coupe form for the first time when the Solstice GXP Coupe Concept is officially unveiled next week in Las Vegas. This customized Solstice shows off GM Performance Parts' Stage 2 performance kit , intake kit, and cat-back exhaust system that boosts horsepower from 260 to 290.

depending on price, its probably not worth it. IMO.
sometimes those stage 1 ,2 , 3 kits from dealership
is way to over priced for 30-40 hp gain.

If you plan on doing mods under warranty it is a cheap mod.

Your not just paying for a part but also a warranty that you don't get with most aftermarket systems. Also you not going to void your present warranty.

With money tight at GM I suspect they will tighten up the warranty claims on modified cars.

Anyone posting video of a 1/4 milw run or Autocross may want to reconsider posting them. Many companies are voiding claims if they see any action on the web or results at an event with the broken vehilce.

The WRX guys are getting burned now by Subaru.

I want the "kit" to pick up the expected 3 (or 3.5) bar MAPS and I don't even care about the tune itself other than to pick up the new OS. Without this, we're going to be perpetually limited to 255kpa... and some of us want more boost.
