Every time I see a LT or LS HHR, I try to acknowledge them when I pass by, but none of the drivers are even paying attention. I think the enthusiasts are restricted to those on this website, and there are thousands of HHR owners who might as well be driving a Camry, which is a shame.

I would certainly acknowledge other SS owners, if I could ever find one on the road....

JerSSey, I have noticed the same thing, when I am on my bike, everyone acknowledges each other, same for the Jeep, but in the HHR I try to acknowledge others, and they usually don't even notice . The reason I bought the HHR was that it was so unique... I mistakenly assumed that all other HHR owners thought the same
I get more attention from others who are curious about "what is that thing".

keep in mind that there are still THOUSANDS of rental HHR's out there.
I used to almost take offense when I'd wave at a passing HHR, and get left hanging when they ignore me.

Then I remembered how popular they were as rentals...and i felt better.

When we had Wranglers people with Wranglers always waved, with our old Corvette other Corvette owners always wave.

With the HHR no waves but just some weird looks, like they've never seen an SS before.
