Killed by a GT
#11
I love my HHR, but the day I lose to one in my GT is the day I turn in the keys and start taking public transportation. My current GT is an '05 that ran mid 13's bone stock. I don' think I have much to worry about from the SS. Don't get me wrong, I love the SS, but I just get tickled when someone posts up that they gave a GT a good run (or even better, when they say they smoked one!).

13.68 out of the box, and yes, I've been doing this for a long time (first pass down a strip came in 1977). At our last sponsored Mustang meet, we had 6 new GT's run well under 14 seconds bone stock. The '04 and down cars are much slower, posting times ranging from 14.20's on up into the 15's depending on the driver, but the 3 valve cars are a different story.
