When I was looking for mine I called Chevrolet 1-800-950-chev.They pulled all of the new HHR panels in the country for sale at dealers and found about a dozen new'10 SS panels leftover at dealers..Might be worth a try...John

Just Bought SS
Couldn't wait for a Panel to show up and purchased a really clean 2009 Black SS for $19,000 got the 72 mo/100,000 mi warrantee from Carmax with No deductible for $1600.00
Sweet ride, really quick, I was surprised how fast it is!

open the hood see if it has one of these little stainless plate it says GM performance. and the little black thing with the wires should have that white and blue bosch sticker on it, with only one bolt holding it on. When running it will boost 20 or better on the gauge, not 15,when stock.
