Lowering the SS

Lowering the SS
Do any of you guys/gals know if these springs will fit the SS? Thanks in advance

when you consider the LS/LT has a damn under the bumper and they don't scrape , the SS shouldn't be any lower, its just more visable..the only area to watch is curb stones and most of us by now stay far away from them as habit now anyways.With a short wheelbasr theres no reason to be parking over them anyways.

With SS lower you lose the lincline angle as it it out farther.
I added the retractactable plate to mine and lost about an 1 1/2". I now have scraped it several times including my driveway. Once it was on uneven ground in a parking lot where a ramp went down.
Curbs, holes, speed bumps, uneven ground, driveway and parking lot enterances will all be possible damage areas and you will not know till you hit.
The LS and LT are fine but the SS overhang being so farther out makes it worse.
My Fiero has a standard non GT nose with the DGP air dam that hangs down on a large over hanging nose. I have scooped up gravel with that one already. It is not a daily driver but I can not lower the car without inflicting damage to it.
Also don't know if you drive in the snow or if your SS is a daily driver but in the winter anything over a couple inches will push snow. I have to watch and make sure it is not hard snow or ice.
Just something to think about. I just see so many cars in the midwest with busted front ends here.
