2008= 4,519 +/-
2009= 2,500 +/-
2010= ?? the numbers aren't out yet

for three years under 10,000 cars for sure.

total HHR production is around 250,000 (I think) since 06

I usually ask for the numbers in Sept. I will ask for the 2010 around then.

I believe there are many more HHR's than 250,000. THey sold 100,000+ in each of 06-and 07 and 99,000 in 08 so you have at least 300,000 the first three year. 09 I think it was around 65,000.

I figure they sold at least 50,000 in 2010 and at least 1500 SS. But that is only a guess on 2010.

Thanks Hyperv6... I wasn't sure of total production just taking a stab at it.

It still looks as if the SS will be only 3-5% total production. which keeps in the SS tradition since the 60's...I'm just glad SS stands for something more than "super styling" now, although I do see a ton of Monte Carlo SS's their numbers must be substantially more.

I love it a dancing pickle!

Atleast some of the MCSS were supercharged, I know the later year ones were, the others were 3800's instead of the 3400, then they started putting in the 3800 SC.

Add to the number total, 2009 was the only year they made an SS panel, only 216 were built

Most SS have sold in great numbers over the years. The most rare is the 65 SS Malibu 396.

There are some that were rare and the HHR SS will be one of the lower produced SS of all time.
