Thanks All.

re: Missing the 0% apr deal. I did get the 2K cash incentive and also 1K from my gm card so that helps it a bit.

re: GTO sale. 2005 Black on Black, manual, 33K mi. Sold it for 19K about a month ago, high blue book. The car was in pretty good shape. Had sway bars, and Lingenfelter CAI. The SS handles way better than GTO. But I'm still getting used to front wheel drive.

re: Stripes. Yeah, its a toss up. I figure I'll leave them on for a bit and let it digest. I think it does help break up the sides of the car/truck a bit. They are the silver ones.

I agree, ... this is just my opinion of course -- but those stripes ruin the lines of the HHR and become too much of a focal point (waay too much contrast with the body) compared to the lines and curves on the HHR.

Just picked up my HHR SS!!! In black and loaded! I chose the auto for comuting reasons. I was worried I wouldn't be happy without a 5 speed, but the auto is still a blast to drive!!! What a great little car! Gas mileage is a little more that double of my Jeep, and it is more fun to drive on the streets than a lifted Jeep.

Add another to the GTO>>HHR SS converts list, but I took a stop along the way.
Had an 04 STS Turbo'd GTO (M6), parted it out, then picked up an Audi RS4. Drove that for the past year, just sold it and got the HHR SS in Imperial Blue.
