Painted de-badged and painted more

Hi everyone,
I just learned how to post pics so i thought i'd share my mods. I started with the brakes, airbox, fusebox and then i debadged it completly. Easy stuff first, then i painted the bowties, the grill, beauty bar , and the wheels. It was alot of work (especially the wheels) but i am happy how it turned out and, all for under $20 I want to hear all your comments, good or bad.
Thanks, John

Looks great dude! It's just enough off the original design to make it unique. I would probably do a red bowtie front & rear though. Good work!

Like the airbox cover did the same to mine last week I pulled the Ecotec emblem off and replaced it with a black SS badge

think it rocks! Love those rims (how about a "how to" with those) and another vote for red bowties.

Let us know how well the wheels wear. I like splashing color in, but would be concerned how well they deal with the brake dust and elements.

personally i'd paint the rims black with red lips instead of the original chrome look. you dont really have anything else thats chrome on the car. i think it'd look hard with what you've done with the grill. and leave the black bow tie. it's got potential and its cheap. who can really complain? lol.
