It's a good look
Keep us posted on how the winter tires get you thru the white stuff up there .(i take it you've been thru a winter w/ the stock tires, right?)

Between the wide footprint of the SS's tires, and having a snowplow up front, just wondering how i'm gonna do this upcoming winter. Think i'll be better off with front wheel drive vs the Silverado i was driving for the last 5 yrs, but prob will be lacking in the traction dept with a go fast tires on the SS now. Hoping to get a "summer" set of wheels(and prob another set of Michelins for them when the time comes), and use the stock ones and get winter only tires on those, just to get prob a lot more winter surefootive-ness .

So besides a G6 wheel, what else will bolt right up to these cars?

Since it might be cheaper to find a set of used rims than buy new steelies off tirerack

anything with a 5x110 bolt pattern will bolt up to them.

I've been through plenty of winters with other vehicles and all seasons, IT SUCKS. I have learned the way of the BLIZZACK, makes winter ice and snow driving feel like any other day of the year, which is way better for the wife as well. It does not need a lift,LOL, dropped an inch or two if anything.

As for the other one in the pic is my daily driver, as the HHR is my wife's.

Dude, I love it! If they had the HHR back in the 1930s it would have been the perfect car for Bonnie and Clyde. Put some suicide doors on it and you got yourself one bad-ass little Gangsta ride!

I'm getting my winter rubber and steelies Tuesday. $100 a tire and $80 for the steelies. Also putting new TPMs on them ($116). I'll post pics on Wed. after my mechanic puts the SS up on the lift for a test fit on the stock brakes. P215/60R/16s on 16 x6.5 42 offset steelies. $720 Can. for all around.
