Pics of "Stage 1" emblem from old Buicks

I forgot where I came across this idea, but I did a search on Ebay and found this emblem. The guy didn't sell it the first time around so I talked him down to a more affordable price. I like it and think it has a bit of a retro look to it. I know emblems aren't for everyone, and I typically am not a fan, but I thought "what the heck!" It's an original (not repro) so it's pretty heavy and the metal is very strong. I ended up beating it a bit with a rubber mallet to get it to curve slightly to fit the contour of the location where I mounted it. The newer repros might not be as difficult to bend?
