Personally, I'm not experiencing any issues. As for the buttons, it didn't take long to learn all the buttons and get used to their positions. I can control my cruise, as well as the radio volume, without looking at the buttons -- entirely by memory and touch. I don't even look at them anymore. After accidentally muting the radio and turning the cruise on and off, I learned now to position my thumbs/fingers when I hold the wheel by the "arms" so I didn't press those buttons.
