Rear Bumper Protector ???

I put the bumper protector on my SS and hated it. It didn't cover enough area to "protect" anything, and broke up the styling of the rear end in a way I didn't like.

Short people, of which I am one: When getting out, pivot left, legs forward, slide. I never hit the skirts.

I was one of them. It came on a roll off Amazon.com. I'll check to see if I can find the product. It was only $13.00.

The GM bumper cover is kind of lame, its just not enough protection from scratches. I'd like to find some rubber material to replace mine, and possibly matching covers for running boards

It is not like you will step on it. For the most it is there to cover the paint where it would get scratched.

Mine has saved my paint already many times every time I load the Soap Box Derby car in the SS.

Could always run some invisigard paint protection film on the top. 2 pieces, divided by the crease in the bumper
