there is one reason why this is better than all of the aftermarket gauges. it has a warranty. the RPD is over 25 gauges in one. it is a:
boost
A/F ratio
cam phase angle
spark advance
spark knock
engine power
engine torque
speedometer
laterial G-force
left G-force
right G-force
maximum G-force
shift light
gear indicator
individual wheel tire pressures
Barometer
outside air temp
battery voltage
coolant temp
air inlet temp
fuel pressure
plus the following indicators:
stabilitrak, traction control, ESC, competition driving mode, and launch mode

coolant temp
stabilitrak,
traction control,
ESC,
competition driving mode,
launch mode
The only thing I really lack is the G meter and colorful display with my aftermarket Aeroforce scan meter. It really offers as much or more and I keep my storage.
It is easy to install in 5 min and has a warranty. It really the same thing as GM's just taken to the next level.
The Chevy one is nice but I like the one I bought better. Just my call.
Note my list of the Aeroforce meter is editied to remove most of the features that it offeres for the non Ecotech engine. I may have missed something or not added a feature somewhere.

Yup, here we go again. I bought a new '65 Chevelle SS and if you ordered the tachometer it went in the place where the clock was and the clock was mounted in a pod on top of the dashboard whether you wanted it or not. My father worked at the factory and even he couldn't stop the clock installation.
Some things never change.

This is a horrible spot for the display. As much as I want this. I don't want it there.
Is there a way to get this install in a vehicle that didn't have one (in a different spot of course) or will it not be compatible with the wiring?
