Yeah, there's no way the 20's or 21's could work as you said because of widths and offsets. But the 18's, now that's a different story. I could probably machine the correct opening on the HHR wheel to allow the transformer cap to snap in. As easy as that sounds, it's easier and less work to change the bolt pattern in the camaro wheels.
Most here like the SS RS wheels as they are most common seen snd liked. You know as well as I do if you make a statement here you had better narrow it down.

You had better also explain how to properly change bolt patterns on an HHR. You know that one is coming too.

I thought I did. I know what you mean, sometimes it takes a picture and then some even doubt that.

The Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) is the diameter of the circle which passes through the center of all the studsCommonly referred to a bolt pattern.

When you change the bolt patten on an alloy wheel do you use a threaded insert or a knurled press fit?

Steel knurled press fit. Some OEM wheels come stock with the same steel seats. Mostly high end cars.

Maybe I'm missing something here with going from center caps to rims, but my post from the first page of this thread has a link to a company touting the center caps for Cobalts... Wouldn't that be the same fit for the HHR center cap + the measurements are on that link.

How this thread graduated from where it originated to where it is now was by the original poster reposting the below post.
