What would you be willing to pay? Reconstructed Title
I am still shopping around for my new work / daily driver car. I found this from a local shop / dealer that does salvaged / reconstructed titled cars.

I am not easy on cars, put around 20-30k on a car a year, so I am not looking for resale value with this. So the idea of buying a reconstructed doesn't bother me as long as I get papers and know the work was done right.
Honestly if you were looking at this vehicle what would you offer them?

first thing i would do is call your insurance company to see if they would even insure it and what the valuation would be.
as far as an outright purchase. I'd say they probably do not have it marked up way too much for what they got into it. you might get $1,000 knocked off.

The seller only has 1 negative feedback out of 91 in the last 12 months.
It's on a salvaged Ford Expedition.
The feedback detail has been removed.
I'd be interested to see how many of their other positive feedback are from salvaged cars.
1 bad out of 91 is not too shabby and they are classified as a
I agree with Stephen and add:
1. you might be able to knock off more than 1K if you're good at bargaining.
2. Penn might upgrade the title to a regular clean title depending on....
At least call the RMV and ask how thorough the salvage title inspections are and your insurance co. to ask what Steve mentioned.
They state in the ad:
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.
It should b e under warranty from GM but I'm no expert on that.
We have some GM experts that'll surely comment by the end of the day

Feedback wise vs all items currently for sale it's all salvage and reconstructed cars.
My dads an ex GM tech so my husband suggested dragging him along.
I did find insurence that would cover it with comp and collision.
In PA once it's classified "reconstructed" it's beenfixed and passed inspection and addmissions and all that to be classified safe and rebuilt. So that portions done already too since it's same state sale.

If anyone knows about that it'd be great too.

I'm adding a separate thought.......
Even if it is under GM Warranty, this vehicle apparently sustained major front end damage. It's essentially 2 years old and had enough of this damage to be "totaled" by the insurance company. My experience with most vehicles, especially front drive.....they are NEVER fixed backed to normal, when extensive repairs are made. If you desperately need a vehicle on a daily basis, I would be hesitant to purchase because of the possibility of CONTINUAL service/repair problems, IMO.
