How to: Adding After Market Rear Seat Belts to a Panel

I installed a back seat in my 08 Panel. This required seat belts. I opted for new after market belts. This process was a bit of a beating, (I couldn't find anyone who had seat belt pics for this process or info on the bolts and spacers) but now that I know what to do and look for, it'd be easy. I took some pictures too so if you need this info let me know and I will send it or post em up.

Key issues are:

Tapping (4) holes.
Finding correct bolts
Using correct spacers
Problems with holes

Thrilled with the final product. Belts look great and work. Seat in my panel is so cool.

****
At the direction of the administrator I will post the process and the pics here this weekend.

Step 1) Remove all interior rear panels. Lower First, then Upper
Note: take care removing pass. side panel to disconnect power port.

Step 2) Tap hole for Shoulder Harness - use 12M x 1.75 tap

Step 3) Tap hole for Belt Anchor - use 12M x 1.75 tap

Step 4) Install Belt Retractor. (Mine came with 10m x 35m bolts and I had
to purchase 12m bolts to fit this hole that is factory threaded. I
had drill out the mounting hole slightly for the larger bolt.)

Step 5) Replace upper and lower Panels.

Step 6) Install Belt Anchor w/ 12m x 1.75m x 50m bolt w/ 1 1/4" lg. spacer
(1/2" I.D.)

Step 7) Install Shoulder Harness w/ 12m x 1.75m x 50m) w/ 1 1/4" lg. spacer
(1/2" I.D.)

Step 8) Stand back and admire your work.

NOTE: Install the clip portion of the seat belt when you install the rear seat using bolts already there.
