How to convert to a LED 3rd brake light.

The reason the LEDs mess with the cruse control is the the cruse control uses a ground feed through the 3rd brake light bulb when it is not lit.
When you step on the brakes and the bulb lights up the ground through bulb go's away and the system understands to disengage the curse control.
Adding the resister make the system think the bulb is there and is happy with that.
