How to Upload and Add Pictures to your Post
They made it even easier:
NAVIGATING THE GALLERY TAKES SOME PRACTICE, PLAY AROUND YOU CAN'T BREAK ANYTHING.
Left click on the yellow mountain icon
The upload form pops up you have 4 choices
Left click "Insert"
Your pix are now uploaded to your gallery and inserted into your post. You can delete the pix from your gallery and the pic will stay in your post for posterity.
They changed it from"insert" to "upload" does the same thing; both.

The main reasons to upload to the gallery and post those images are:
They won't disappear over time
To resize your own images:
Open the image with MS Office (if you have it) then Choose Edit Pictures from the menu bar, then choose "Compress Pictures", then choose "Web pages", then OK. Or use this free website Image resizing, do it with PIXresizer.
Then you can just paste the url of you image into the "add image" box, or paste it into your message where you want it to appear and add [img] at the beginning and at the end.
