Another New Owner With Pics

Hello everyone. My name is Jimmy. My wife and I are owners of a 2008 HHR Shadow Special Edition I think that is what this one is called. Bought is June 2008 with 32 miles on it. It is just how we bought it. Still under warranty thank god. Have read through the forums about the issues. Ours is the driver side door lock sticking and not working right. Hopefully they will get it fixed once I take them the TSB from here. They also just replaced the front sway bar and bushings and the car only has 23000 miles on it. We drive it everywhere as it is our family car. I have a 99 F150 and it uses to much gas as compared to the HHR. I like the car a lot. I like the retro look it has. Other than the small issues we are having the car is fun to drive. Here is what ours looks like.

Thanks. Got a question. What is the difference between the 1LT or 2LT? I see that and think First Lieutenant and Second Lieutenant.

The only difference that can't be replicated to make a 1LT a 2LT is the sport suspension. Everything else can be upgraded from stock.

Well I guess mine is the 2LT then. It has the sport suspension under it or so the sticker says.

In the glove box, on the sticker if FE3 is listed it is a 2LT if not it is a 1LT even if it has all other even a 2.4 no FE3 no 2LT

Sweet ride!

Did you take those shots today?
It was 6º Farenheit in Western Mass this afternoon but it'll get cold tonight.

Not trying to thread jack but I just took these pix in my driveway
That's salt, those wheels are actually painted black.
There are no shadows involved, the top of the car is black and the bottom is as white as it looks.
Way cool fade job dude

It's getting a bath tonight.
$4 to squirt it with no rubbing with a soapy cloth involved (yep, childish thread bound)

BTW - what's all that green stuff on your lawn and trees?
It looks kind of familiar but...

Nope those pics were taken June 2008 right after we brought it home. It was only about 40 here in Nashville today. Oh and that white stuff you can keep up there. I really wanted the SS model but since my wife drives this all the time it was her call.
