Back with a new HHR-SS
I have made it back to the world of CHEVYHHR.NET. Sold my 07 Solara convertible and was able to pickup a 2009 HHR-SS victory red with 37k miles. I sold my first chevy hhr-ss in 2009 when I purchased my 2009 Colorado crew cab. First day I got the 2009 HHR-SS, completed the following mods.... added heated seats to front, changed out all interior dome and map lights to cool white led's, removed all carpeting and added additional sound dead materials. Added remote start fr dealership and added PAL. Will run with that for a while and determine if I will upgrade sound system with Nav, DVD etc.

Cool, welcome back.
I soundproofed /deadened 95% of my Panel tore out the whole interior to do it, even the headliner that I recovered in Black Suede before reinstalling it.
Makes a HUGE difference when you soundproof these cars.
I have added a Stage 3 Pioneer sound system and 4 lcd headrest monitors 9" & 7", and 7" touchscreen Pioneer head unit in the dash, and still trying to figure out a cool way to incorporate a 32" LDC HDTV I have earmarked for it. (Garage TV for now.), I got some ideas on how I want to do it but we shall see.
