What can I say, I like to be a bit thorough for a big ticket purchase. I did something similar for my plasma a few years back and couldn't be happier with it.

The 2LT also includes the running boards, but can be optioned on a 1LT as well. If not included, add about another $500 for the boards and paint.

Well,
Something funny happened on the way to the....

We didn't get the HHR in the end. The used values kept rising on the HHR and we entered toyota prius territory which is what we ended up purchasing.
The math then started to work in the toyota's favor. If you're spending $10k, yes the HHR running on E85 is better for the environment, but the cost of E85 at the HHR exceeds the cost of E15 for the prius. So your OTD may match, but your cost of ownership ended up tilting in the toyota's favor.

I do appreciate everyones help over the past few months (year?) during this vehicle hunt and its just funny how things work out. I never saw myself in a toyota.
