Long-time Lurker made an account!

Hey everyone! The Chevy HHR is my first car, I've had him since 2016. I bought it used from a Chevy dealer with 160,000 miles on it, and now have 215,000 as of today. I thought I'd mark this special occasion by finally joining the forum, which I've visited without an account for all these years!
I've done most of my own maintenance since I bought my car (his name is Frank) and this forum has been my go-to for good advice and cool ideas! It's a pleasure to meet you all and I hope you won't harp on me too much, since I'm so new!

Pictures of Frank

He's far from the best looking, and he's got a lot to be worked on, but I love him. The lack of driver's side visor is my fault, I removed it because the telescoping metal rod was loose and kept flipping down whenever I'd hit a bump! I'm also painting the badges at the moment, so that's why they're not there!

Just some grunt work , cleaning and preening.
I just claybarred and polished mine, a couple of hours and presto cleaner and much easier to see the dog claw marks.
I’m also seeing the interior needs attention, the plastic fantastic parts clean up nice with 303 cleaner

I can’t wait to try this.
