I bought my 2006 HHR new in July of 2006. It has 76,000 miles and I have had no issues. I have never been happier with a car. Have driven it to Red Deer Alberta from my home in Mesa, Arizona got 33 mpg for the trip. Got the same mileage going to Durango, Colorado. I have read a lot of negative posts on the forum and I am wondering what those people are doing to their HHR's. Anyway, just wanted to give my 2 cents worth!

I've got three of 'em and they run like Swiss watches, some folks like to grumble about everything, and not just their HHR's.

Post up a photo or two of your ride, we love to see 'em here.

Great to here the great luck you are having with yours.
That makes me even more confident in how long I hope mine will go.
By the way is it a 2.2 or 2.4 litre

 

I ve had Old Blue for just over 2 years and 40,000 miles and no big issues, just the regular maintence issues and wornout parts all fairly easy fixes for me, glad to see you're have good luck with your too!
